If you swim with goggles, you need the Quick Spit. I spray a stream onto each of the inner lenses and immediately run my index finger over the entire inner surface. Then, with my still damp finger, I smear the outside of each lens. So I cover my glasses with two sprays. Then I leave the cover on until I'm in the pool. I quickly rinse my goggles in the pool water, put on my mask and start swimming. Open every day, five days a week, during my hour-long morning swim. Never dry your glasses after lens treatment and do not rub the lens when rinsing it off in the pool.
