Even after using it once, I have no hesitation in saying that this was one of my best purchases this year. I'm small (5'2") and my husband is about 5'9" and we both enjoyed using the mat. As others have pointed out, the mat does not have neck-level airbags. HOWEVER, I noticed my neck and upper back were a lot less tight after using it; I think because it did a great job of relaxing my spine. I usually have back pain and tension in my neck, shoulders and upper spine. I can say with confidence that I felt better after the first use. I still need to do some testing to get a definitive answer, but I think the relaxed setup is my favorite so far. Remember this is like a visit to a chiropractor. I felt a bit of discomfort during the program but I can say it was the color that was productive. However, I really like that it offers different printing options. The medium pressure setting was strong enough to lift us both (separately, of course) off the mat, which was really impressive. I would buy it again.
