Very poor design and NO OEM product support

To change from oscillating to non-oscillating, remove the screw and move the bracket to a different location. In the non-rocking position, the fan stands in an upright position and is not adjustable at all. I called OEM product support but the answer was put on hold forever as I emailed them as the "next in line" but got no response for 5 days. Bring back this fan for a better fan design. Typically (should) these fans have a button to toggle oscillating mode on and off, and they can be set to point towards the workspace when not in oscillating mode.
