do not buy. The fan worked great when I first bought it for about 2 1/2 months for about 3 hours a day 5 days a week. Then, this summer, when I tried to use it, the wiggling didn't work, rendering it unusable. Since there is no 90-day guarantee, shipping costs $250. Super disappointing.

I really liked these fans. They are easy to mount on pallet racks and have plenty of airflow. But the last one was installed for about two weeks and broke. I can't find how to contact the seller for warranty or replacement. However, this is a rather serious and dangerous factory welding defect. I will not buy again, not sure.

Some rubbish. There were problems in absolutely every part. I had to change everything to make it work. Some of the problems were related to poor protection during transit. The screens were bent and broken. The fan is unbalanced and vibrates terribly. The tension thread is torn. The fan corner stop screw could not be used because the hole was too small or unthreaded. Disappointed that I bought two.

I ordered 2 of these this week and sent them back. Both were missing parts and the pull cable had snapped inside the engine. I will not buy again Update: very loud and vibrates a lot. The fan blades need more pitch. Doesn't move much air. Update: Almost a year old and the engine just died. It was almost never used, only turned off on low and never turned on again. what rubbish

The fan oscillates as expected, but the fan blades seem to be unbalanced. As an engineer, I've spent hours figuring out the best way to assemble (reassemble) fan blades. I consulted with my brother-in-law (he works with cars) to check the best way to complete the installation and use the fan. I was frustrated with how much the fan vibrated. My wife came into the garage because the walls of our house were vibrating. No joke! The good news: it's big.

I have a gym and I installed this equipment 12ft up a wall and within 3 days the mount came out of the building and did It hasn't hit one of my athletes by just a few yards, I've tried several times to contact the manufacturer and ask for a bracket replacement to no avail as the number provided is a ghost line. The fan works well but is useless without a wall mount. Don't waste your time and money with this product and/or company. Your customer service is non-existent.

To change from oscillating to non-oscillating, remove the screw and move the bracket to a different location. In the non-rocking position, the fan stands in an upright position and is not adjustable at all. I called OEM product support but the answer was put on hold forever as I emailed them as the "next in line" but got no response for 5 days. Bring back this fan for a better fan design. The fan itself works fine. I mounted it on the wall because the wall is so close it makes more noise than a pedestal fan due to the airflow. I also think that this way does not adjust enough airflow. But the fan itself works great. It's noisy, but it's in my shop, not at home, so I don't care. I have a problem with the cable. As others have complained the chain is cheap, broke in a dozen moves.
