I was skeptical about the movement because it just uses finger friction and tension to pinch the vent. I'm used to screwing the adjustment to tighten the ball joint and pin mount. However! It seems to be holding up quite well. may be partly due to the overall package being much thinner than others, but I have no problem lowering or holding the mount in place when adjusting the angle of the ball joint. Time will tell if it will be strong. A few notes: - The power cord is permanently attached to the mount, so you cannot just use it as an unpowered mount. Other iOttie wireless charging mounts had a micro USB connector. The cigarette lighter adapter uses USBC unnecessarily. Other iOttie devices had more convenient cigarette adapters, with the cord angled to the side, and a USB port that you could use as well. Price and aesthetics are debatable for me as I don't see it when my phone is installed. Holds everything securely and charges at 7.5W. It's good, I hope it doesn't loosen over time.
