Review on Extremus Resistant Stainless Individual Tensioning Outdoor Recreation by Justin Herman

This rating is based on materials, construction and build quality. Haven't used them yet because we haven't had ice or snow since I got them. I sold their MSR version when I was with Eastern Mountain Sports. Compared to the ones I've sold this is a solid price for what you get. Normally MSR costs around 50-60 dollars. The main difference I see is that not all links are welded. This may cause the link to break when used. I don't know what will happen, but I'll just list the difference between that $25 and $50. For the price I find them perfect. FUN FACT - Don't walk on hardwood floors, finished floors, or any other surface you don't want to scratch. The spikes on any product like this leave a mark, they're designed to bite ice after all.
