Review on Andersonlight 52-Inch LED Indoor Stainless Steel Ceiling Fan with Light, Remote Control for Enhanced SEO by Sherry Meurer

Nice fan once you work out the bugs

The bugs have finally settled. Firstly, if you're buying this for a long drop or vaulted ceiling, here are a few guidelines. Save the wiring from the old fan as you will need it. The wiring is too short for a $200 fan. In my case, the remote module didn't fit under the bracket that came with it, so I had to cut a hole in the ceiling, insert it, and putty the ceiling. I used a 24" drop down to keep the fan wobbling (no big deal). After installation I only checked the low speed. Two nights later, I was woken up by a clicking noise at a medium volume. This went on for several days. I saw somewhere that the seller recommended giving the fan 3 full days to work out any "noise". NOT for the $200+ fan! So here I am and 1 week later and the noises have finally subsided. The fan is very nice, provides plenty of airflow, and the remote control is a huge plus. I can't find a level 3 light, but I didn't buy it to work as a light, so I can live without it. For all the "bugs" I had to fix with the $200 fan, I'm taking off two stars because I don't think the fan is worth the money. At best, it's a $150 fan.
