This neck "pillow" works great. I have had disc issues in my neck and back for years. This pillow gives great next stretching while in a relaxing position. I had tried the neck traction contraptions that hang from a door, but could never relax myself enough to actually stretch my neck.Even after weeks of use, I still feel the burn of a really good stretch after every use.As someone that has had traction performed by a chiropractor many times, I would absolutely recommend this pillow.
