Review on IceHrm by Patrick Diaz

The best thing about this software, it has all of my customer's data in one place! I can easily pull up any information that they have given me to enter into their account by clicking directly from within an invoice or quote entry screen. There are some features missing but we're working with them constantly so hopefully there will be updates soon. You need someone who knows how everything works inside out because you'll spend more time trying to figure things out than actually using what should take minutes instead takes hours/days sometimes weeks!! If your looking at getting something where multiple people could access info without having duplicate records then definitely look into icerpm as its been our saving grace when entering quotes etc..
