A great team collaboration platform

When creating an incident, I can assign it to my colleagues (in real time) just by clicking on their names in the teamsight screen. This is very helpful for assigning tasks when working remotely or from different locations. The reporting part of the app needs some work as well! If you have a lot of incidents that need to be reported every day, this might become difficult. You should consider using more filters so that all incident types are displayed at once and there's no filtering required each time one wants to add new details about an issue. Also, make sure your coworkers use the correct version - if they don't, it will only slow them down. We're solving our support issues quickly with this tool. It helps us track who was assigned what task during an incident resolution procedure.
