Update 02/14/2017 I've been using this soap dispenser for a few months now and am very happy with it. I noticed that another customer left a comment about the dispenser "tipping over" due to improper weight distribution, but I haven't experienced this issue myself. (There are rubber washers to keep it in place so there shouldn't be any misalignment when installed properly.) I'll include some updated photos. --------------------- ------- Initial Review: I bought a new modern Blanco satin nickel faucet and wanted a soap dispenser to match the deck assembly. But after buying a used Blanco dispenser online for $70 which unfortunately arrived broken, I decided to take a chance and buy this affordable Avola dispenser - and I am completely happy with this purchase. Aside from the plastic bottle, the head is solid metal. The dispenser looks very clean and modern. Plus, the satin nickel finish goes perfectly with my Blanco faucet! Although my dispenser won't be installed for a month or two as I'm in the early stages of a kitchen overhaul, I'll update my review if I have any problems with it in the future. Most importantly, I would like to add my two cents to my positive experience with Avola's customer service. The day after purchasing this dispenser, it was suddenly offered at a reduced price for promotional reasons. I was so disappointed and immediately wrote to the company. Jasmine, Avola's customer service rep, was great and provided me with a suitable solution. Good customer service is hard to come by and the fact that they literally took the time to text me multiple times about a $20 bottle of soap (not just to fix everything, but to ensure my satisfaction as a customer) , is more than amazing! As long as they continue to produce quality products and maintain a great customer experience, I have high hopes for this company and look forward to buying from them again.
