So there are three people in my house who use aluminum bottles for everything liquid (coffee, smoothies, water) but I get to wash them all . The first one my wife bought me was fine, but the handle was held on by friction and kept coming loose while I was using it. Disappointing but I used it until it broke. The next one was really for baby bottles and was too short so I gave up on it and decided to buy my own. I chose this one and am VERY satisfied. Works great with aluminum bottles. It's big enough for the wider ones, and I can fit it into one that's only about 1 inch in top diameter. The handle is long enough to hit the biggest, which is great. It doesn't have that stupid sponge on the top. which a lot of them have, and for me it's just something that keeps germs away. It does a great job cleaning bottles, even with smoothies that have been machine baked or coffee dried for a few days. If you need any of these, you don't have to. You can't go wrong with this.
