Not at all what I expected

Update: It's been 3 months and it just doesn't work anymore. I'm used to other problems, but now I'm very annoyed. I've only had it a few months and now I'm sold out. Anything less than a flat setting will crackle the speakers and won't save any of the settings. Every time I start the car I have to reset the stereo and all sound settings. There is no support number in the manual. gets one star because it's a huge problem, I should be able to just get in my car and drive. It is also unable to display the vehicle information that the factory head unit displayed.
