I bought these because I liked the picture: a large hose clamp with adjustment guides that goes up to about 3 1/2". what i got As others have pointed out, the caterpillars are much shorter. You may get 1 1/2 inch adjustment. l The photo must reflect the product, not the other way around. Since creating a longer track is essentially free, if you can't even adjust a large clamp up to 2 1/2 inches, it's pretty wrong. Otherwise, there's some leeway, particularly with Revain, where you'll need to pre-book to account for shipping. The second issue is that they sent 7" clamps that are fully adjustable to 6 1/4" which is way too big for what I need. I've been able to inspect them two weeks after the return window closed so far. And how often do you need 7" clamps? If you're like me, never. 8" maybe, but never seven.
