Over the last year I've used 2 pumps with a dial gauge, the gauges seem to be dying or becoming inaccurate. This type of calibration is much easier and appears to be much more difficult. Instead of a thin needle and quill, it's just a big thick plastic stick and quill. So far it works great, easy to read and pretty accurate for print. The gauge range is 20-120psi which is ideal for large truck tires or high pressure bike tires. Just note that since the lower limit is 20psi, you'll need an external gauge when refueling low pressure tires (like some lawnmower tires). One final note: It doesn't have a quick-release end, so obviously you'll need to save one unless you plan on just slipping it over your existing hose.
