Good and Shinny, 17 out 100 were difect & Update

First of all,it is great price for Sterling Silver crimps.I just wonder where is this product come from. It stated "USA made", but item was shipped from Hong Kong.I found 83 good products and 17 defects. 10 out of 17 are not usable. If it is second quality, the seller should state that on the product details.It makes me unsure the product is sterling silver.I contacted the seller about the issue. A couple of e-mails and a photo of defect items, the seller sent me the replacement.I am happy with the seller who has a commitment of customer care and support.
