Seemed to help a bit when I needed it to.Sadly though after a month now it is a hit or miss if it will work or not.I do find have to use it in a larger room.It is far brighter than I need it to be in a smaller room.Gives a bit of a headache in a smaller roomIn the larger spaces it does not bother me as much.
