I've ordered both a 34 and a 36. I wear a 34 in almost everything I shop including triathlon shorts and swimwear - when sold in sizes compared to S/M/L. Those 34s were too tight everywhere. I could wear them but I don't want to be seen in public! The 36s fit very well and snugly with no loose material. I've been wearing them for about a dozen pool workouts now and they feel good, don't ride up and down. There is a second layer on the inside front for a little less anatomical accuracy, which is good but is often found in swimwear. Overall I like them but I'm deducting a star for their imprecise sizing.
