Super light, very comfortable, excellent protection
If you are a martial artist and practice realistic sparring, this chest and rib protector is for you. I was hit with full force and this defender saved my ribs from breaking. I'm 145 pounds, 5'8" (5'8") and the large fits me perfectly, the medium would definitely be too small. This Wesing chest and PTM chest are the best on the market.
