I was looking for a bib that wasn't *too* efficient in the sense that it wasn't bubble wrapped (you have to learn to withstand impact) and very importantly, it wasn't too hot. It meets both of these requirements. I have received several compliments from my Taekwondo group.

You won't feel like a Michelin Man in it like in other thick sponge bibs. With Wesing you get a much better defender and save money.

If you are a martial artist and practice realistic sparring, this chest and rib protector is for you. I was hit with full force and this defender saved my ribs from breaking.
