Wonderful quality, one hundred percent satisfied!
Various advantages: Excellent, tiny, low-noise duct fan. That's all you need for a lavatory or a commode. I do not take this for the first time, enough so that it will last a very long time. Having this drawback: The cover that goes over the wiring in the terminal block has too much of a "pot-bellied" appearance; this can be a problem with specific types of installations.
