The UI of kAITEN makes it very easy to understand what's going on in any process or project. It also has some great features like the kanban board that help keep your projects organized. Some people might think this could be more customizable but I've found there are enough options for me right out of the box to get things done. This software really helped us organize our workflows and make sure all projects were moving along smoothly at different stages. We're able to track everything through one platform so now we can see at a glance how many tasks have been completed, where they stand with respect to deadlines etc.
