Be careful with sports nutrition

I get kidney stones and thought this product might help prevent them. But after 2-4 days of daily use, I began to feel unwell - dizziness, nausea and vomiting. The first time I didn't know what it was. But after restarting the product, it happened again. In a small group of older adults, alkalizing foods like these can cause a condition called calcium alkalizing syndrome. Google it for information. I can no longer take this product 4 months after purchase. I'm happy for those of you who CAN take this product with no side effects, but I wanted you to know that if you have symptoms of dizziness and severe nausea and vomiting that last about 5 hours, this product may be the culprit. .
