Review on ๐Ÿ”ง Ingersoll Rand ARO R37341-600-VS Air Regulator 1/2" NPT with Gauge - 250 psi Max Inlet, Black/Gray by Julian Perkins

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Product failure (leakage) in less than a year of operation

UPDATE (Rating changed to 2 stars based on durability): Less than a year after installing this regulator it is leaking internally. Eventually, this leak will cause the tank pressure to drop to about 40psi overnight (while the system is off). Once the reservoir pressure drops to about 40psi, the regulator will stop leaking. My initial 5 star rating is below: My moderate 30 gallon CFM compressor has always worked so well. When I first got my compressor a few years ago I used it for nailers and moderate debris blowing. Now that I've been using many different types of tools, I've actually noticed that I'm not getting enough air. I always only have the required amount of air in the first few seconds of use. The volume seemed to be after the knob in the copper plumbing lines leading to my shop. Once exhausted, the regular regulator simply stopped moving air. Replacing the stock regulator with this device completely solved my problem. My instruments are no longer getting enough air.
