Review on Versatile EZ-Tint 4 Pack: Tint Epoxy and Polyesters flawlessly with Black, Brown, White, and Dark Gray Pigment Powders! by Gus Pierson

Product arrived with 3 of 4 ziplock bags which they pack these powders in crushed. The powder was all over the inside of the large main snap that contains 4 smaller snaps. I was hoping that the inner packs would still be intact despite the powder mess I saw in the main pack, but when I opened the Ziplock Master the powder spurted out. all over my counter (and what a mess it was). What kind of "high tech" company could pack such a tiny amount of such an obviously dirty product into such inefficient and just SHIT packaging, I can't imagine. For what they charge for the SMALL amount of dust they sell, they could have imagined the packaging being MUCH more user friendly. Perhaps like the 3 or 5 gram plastic screw top jars used in the cosmetics industry. . From what I could see a significant amount of the powder seems to be stuck to the inside of the ziplock bag it is in and there is NO way to get it out, resulting in the customer losing a bunch of what they bought has before they start. Even if the packages were delivered intact, I would still lose a percentage of what I bought. Oh, and one more thing: black and gray pigments are unmarked, and they look almost the same in dusty bags. In the picture on the web page the gray looks a lot lighter as if you could tell the difference. In real life, the color difference is imperceptible. Bravo, manufacturer. Fire your marketing department. I have no idea how a pigment product actually works, I've never gone that far. Oh yeah. Also on the website the amount you get seems like enough to get anything done considering that a small amount of this stuff has to go a REALLY long way. From the packages I've received I have no idea how you can have enough to experiment with one tint color and then actually do an entire renovation project. This whole product seems very poorly thought out to me. I sent the package back to Revain.
