Review on Game console Microsoft Xbox Series X 1000 GB SSD, black by Wiktor Ambroziak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Do not hesitate to buy, the quality is amazing for the price.

Great console. If you previously had an Xbox, then you should upgrade to the current generation, as there will be an opportunity. This is the most powerful console at the moment, although the effect of this is not yet felt by ordinary players, since there are simply no games developed for the new generation. If you didn’t have an Xbox before, but had a curling iron or didn’t have consoles at all, proceed from your needs and environment. If you have a lot of friends and a lot of curling irons, it's probably worth looking into the curling side - you can swap discs, play co-op, etc. If you know in advance that you want to play Sony exclusives such as Uncharted, God of War, Last of Us, etc. - take a curling iron. For everyone else, I definitely recommend the Series X as a super cool console, with a large set of games from the Ultimate subscription for about 1800 / year, with the ability to save money by buying games for two and / or buying through other regions. The declared 4k 120FPS is nothing more than marketing, in principle the same as that of Sony. All the same, not the level of filling to give out such characteristics - without upscaling and dynamic resolution in any way. In addition, having a monitor / TV set that can do 4k, 120Hz + can DolbyVision and HRD10 is an expensive pleasure. But for the average gamer, it's up to the mark. On a 4K TV, the picture looks amazing, even the good old Skyrim looks great. Cyberpunk with all these trendy beams is so awesome. In general, the console is excellent and worth the money. The only person I would not recommend it to is Sony exclusives lovers for obvious reasons.

Pros
  • Strict appearance Excellent performance. Absolute noiselessness. Backward compatible with Xbox One and partially even with Xbox 360 + the ability to plug in RetroArch and play games from PS1, PSP, Nintendo 3DS, GameCube, Wii. Cheap subscription with tons of games. Remote Console Access: You can remotely play via your smartphone/tablet, install games remotely, and more. Willy-nilly, a comparison with a fellow - PlayStation 5 suggests itself. And if you are suddenly faced with a choice of what to buy, then here's what I'll say. XsX and PS5 are like a top-end Android smartphone and a top-end iPhone - they can be compared in terms of stuffing, but the end user can't really feel it. They have different ideologies, different strategies, and although both consoles solve the same problem, they do it in fundamentally different ways. PS 5 has a huge community, great hit games, everyone is talking about it and everything is cool, only one problem is that it is very expensive. It's a long time to wait for normal discounts, all games are overpriced, there is no opportunity to save, for online pay ~ 500 / month and in return get 1 unnecessary game by subscription. There is no possibility of a remote game, to share a game with someone is also not. It seems like PS made a new subscription with hits, maybe this will at least smooth the corners. And Xbox - you can easily share games, buy for two and play online, buy games through other regions, saving a lot. Plus, with a subscription, you get full access to a library of pretty good games - Doom Eternal, Dragon Age, Fable collection, Skyrim, Forza Horizon, Mortal Kombat X + a bunch of games from EA and all this for 180 / month. But still, XsX is not as popular as a curling iron and is always in the shade, despite the fact that by any parameters it is more profitable and interesting device.
Cons
  • I didn’t like the gamepad, the buttons click quite loudly, and given the quietness of the set-top box, the sound from the buttons is directly annoying. After a week of use, I did not find any other shortcomings
