Used as directed. No effect other than a brief spike in concentration as you would expect from a dose of liquid caffeine. Otherwise, I read some external (outside of Revain) reviews and concerns and then did my own research. The company's "lab" is a rented office, and there are no sources for the "extensive" research they claim to have. And the scientist they refer to is not found in research or as a resident of England, where the company's "laboratory" is located. This product is very shady.
