Review on Probe Group by Bill Forbis

The ability to use all kinds of different tools from multiple vendors in one platform makes it easy for us as an IT department! It's also very user friendly when you need help with something specific - there is usually someone who can answer your question or point out where they think things might be better documented/taught etc.

I wish we had more control over how some modules behave (i am thinking specifically about reporting). There have been times that certain reports were not functioning correctly due to lack of support by their developers so this has sometimes led me down paths which may prove fruitless later but at least gave me time to work up my own solution before contacting them again. Our team now uses Probe almost daily without any issues being raised against its functionality since going live last year.
