I usually get 11.5 because some sneaker brands have different sizes. still have to see how it resolves. Hopefully it doesn't take too long and you're still comfortable after this point. The only downside to an insole is usually that the memory foam doesn't stay as soft as memory foam. If you work every day and wear sneakers, the memory foam stays flat. One of the downsides I see so far would be the skid resistance I think of it like your car tires, you need the right amount of thread and it looks smaller on the tiny side, it doesn't have a lot of deep grooves. In order for the product to last a while, sooner or later I could tell by testing these shoes, a small amount of rubber on the bottom for slip resistance, they will probably wear out, and only time will tell me how long I could use these shoes wear.
