Review on LG Electronics Portable External GP65NB60 by Robert Cooper

I want to give this product 5 stars because in addition to its clean, minimalist appearance, it does a great job of maintaining the quality of LG electronic features is pleasing to the eye, except that after about a year and a half the tray will no longer close and thus become unusable. Everything else about it turns on and still seems fine. I don't know how the internal locking mechanism works, so I can't tell what's wrong. I'm very easy on my equipment. That means: I don't press any buttons, I don't clog shelves and doors and I handle things very carefully. My equipment usually lasts until I hand it over. So it was a surprise. Cannot be returned after one year of use. For $30 I probably wouldn't pay someone to fix it. So I'll end up buying another one and hoping this was just a fluke.
