I really wanted this device to work for me, but I had problems from the start. I liked the clear screen, wide view. My peephole in my apartment door is a standard size and I had another device for 2 years that broke but never had a problem installing or using it. This device was too thick and did not fit through the peephole. When I finally got it partially, I set about tweaking it to see if it would work before deciding what to do. I've never heard of a device ringing at the front door AND it was EXTREMELY LOUD! It's just that its installation drew attention to the neighbors' device, which I didn't want. After connecting it to my WiFi and trying to make adjustments, I found that there was no way to adjust the volume either on the device or in the app. I tested the device by logging out and back in. He took a picture of me but no notification was sent to the phone app. I finally found the photo he had taken and it was almost unrecognizable and the device was only visible from my neck to the ceiling. I want to be able to see if someone leaves a package with me and if someone picks it up. Packages are not on the ceiling. They are lying on the floor. I am not satisfied with this device or the app and am returning it.
