Worked great with my Hunter fan. Turn the switch on/off and then press the button under the battery cover. Works well. Barely any better than the remote I had before and lost, but it's just a cheap plastic remote, overpriced. They somehow got you where they want to go, although the remote control is the only way to turn mine on, so either pay or change the whole thing. breakers every day. garbage product for me.
