The ease of use, all in one platform is amazing! It allows you to connect with your clients directly from within their website; which means no phone calls or emails required at any time during business hours (or even after). Being able solve customer's problems without having them visit our office has been life changing!! I would highly recommend this product as it definitely helped us save money by not being tied into long term contracts where we had some issues before using copinny but were unable get resolution due to contract terms etc..
