Very sweet yet calming
It is very sweet but easy to take. My son and I were having severe coughs and I was running out of Delsim so I decided to take some. It soothed my throat but not my cough. He didn't stop coughing either. I think it depends on the severity of the condition but he prefers it to Zarbi and I like the fact that Manuka honey is used. Would buy again.
