Read the review to understand why the stars

First of all, before you get scared of the three stars: Quality: The quality of the plastic is definitely better than Camco and other "Camco-like" " Ventilation covers. So don't be afraid of it. I have a 1985/2020 model Javelin. It comes with Fan-Tastic with temperature control but not the Remote Remo version. I tried Camco but it was too small. and the camco fits the side of the vent and the fan-tastic, you can't access the nut from the inside to install it. I chose this as it is the same brand that makes Fantastic (dometic). The instructions say you either have the holes to mount it directly or you have to remove the sealant and you'll find the screws. This was not my case. So the roof had to be drilled. I didn't like that idea, but I use tape, glue, and more tape. Disadvantage: Camco costs half and comes with a bug screen. You have to buy a screen. It's like a joke. I mean. "If people like bugs, we ship them without a screen and charge more for the screen." Obviously this is an attempt to make more money. We just bought an insect screen and glued it on top. We didn't save much money, but I won't give it to them. "Quick" release is also not the best idea. Not sure if the van is owned by the designers and how often they remove the vents to save 5 seconds removing the nut. but a quick release doesn't hold it tight and leaves some play. and the wind likes to play with things and make noise. However. I use duct tape on mine, I still don't take it off. After a few rides I'm sure how it went. Not sure if the hardware is waterproof (won't rust), it's magnetic so not stainless steel. hopefully galvanized. or so
