A practical product, nothing to complain about.
This is the best flat iron I have ever had. Never pinches hair or pulls it out. The styling is comfortable and due to the steam is very fast. Here the floating plates are the ionization function. Convenient carrying case included. In general, the functionality is a good thing! The only thing is that if the temperature is set low, then the hair may remain slightly damp.
