Twist isn't very effective
Many of my cuticle handles do NOT emit any liquid. I spun and spun for what seemed like forever. On some I even had to push him, turn him, so that he came out. I definitely expected better quality since Morovan makes a lot of beauty tools. I do not think so. Looks like I'm stuck in a cuticle oil I can't useπ
