Goodbye Hello TP Link from Unifi AP!

I recently purchased two UniFi WiFi 6 access points for home use. I used to have a UniFi AP Lite and wanted to upgrade to WiFi 6 to get those amazing speeds. Unifi Wifi6 hotspots are terrible to use. I went through the initial setup and left everything at default and recommendations. I ran a speed test and I didn't get any WiFi speed improvements from AP Lite. I had about 250-300 Mbit/s. I have 1Gbps downlink/uplink and am getting about 940 downlink/uplink on wired connections. I've been going through the UniFi support chat, 2 hours, nothing, community post (many people are trying to help but if you do a search you will see many people are having the same issue) and no help from the community is working. The fact that you have to work so hard to get decent speed from the Unifi AP is a joke. I bought this hotspot yesterday and arrived today. Connected, configured (everything is by default, no fuss about channels, ranges, power mode, etc.). Did a speed test and got 830 down and 109 up! Wonderful. Took me literally 5 minutes to set it up (using the app on my phone) and it worked like a charm. I would recommend using the desktop app over the phone app as it offers more features. Shortly after installation, I factory reset the hotspot and set up the desktop app. I like chaining my SSIDs, which is not possible via the mobile app. Get back my UniFi hotspots and quit UniFi. We're building a house and I nearly invested in a $6,000 package for everything UniFi. I'm glad I didn't!
