Review on AmazonBasics Rubber Mallet: Fiberglass Shaft for Shock Absorption by Brandon Wynen
Took about a year but $10
Hammer for $10. At this point the head basically falls apart, but before that it's done its job. I wouldn't recommend it for long-term use, but if you don't care that it's cheap and might break, go for it.
