I love, love, looove! My Hoplynn waist trimmer! This is actually my second one i purchased and let me tell you it works. I started my weightloss journey in oct23. I bought an XL because my waist was a 36in. Now after using my Hoplynn EVERYDAY (while cleaning and exercising) my waist has gotten smaller, down to a 32in 😃. So I'm currently using a Large now. And I'm ready for a Medium. I love that that it has three levels of tightness so if u first get it and the first clips dont fit u can always start at the last clips and move your way up. It's tight but so comfortable. And i LOVE that it has that extra strap of velcro (which has a good grip) to make my tummy area more tight. I just LOVE this product! Couldn't be any happier!
