I would love to give this product 5 stars because it is supportive, comfortable, and well made. The problem I have with it is that I do not break a sweat in it like I desire. I find myself still having to do the old saran wrap trick (if you know, you know).I still love the product though. It helps keep everything well contained while I'm working out and give me great back and core support. For that alone it is well worth the price point!

Ok I got the 2x I just had a baby and the 1st day it was super tight I could only hook the 3rd hook out of the 3 the 3rd latch is the biggest you can hook it the next day it stretched or its magic because I can latch the middle hooks with no problem overall i feel confident i have. Big stomach and i feel good wearing this for 6 hours except when i eat. Girl you will die if you wear this and eat. Lord 🙄

I used this product initially to try and burn more calories during my exercise. I am writing this review too early to tell if it is working for that purpose however it has also helped my posture and it's worked wonders on lower back pain. This is a great product and the material is excellent. I have giving this 4 starts instead of 5 because it went by the sizing chart and then decided to go down 2 sizes which is great because it fits perfect around my stomach area which shows that it's not true to size but it does work. I keep it on all day so it helps me lose weight and eat less. Another reason that I gave it 4 stars is because even though it fits great around my stomach area it's a little big at the shoulders and upper back.

Love this ! I will say that I’m 5’6” and range from 135-142 in weight - I ordered a medium and probably could got gotten a small. The shoulder straps are a big big, and I have it tightened to the smallest notch. But it still does a great job at helping sweat in the right area when at the gym, and the extra strap across the stomach is a huge help! Great quality! Have used and washed twice now and no issues - I will purchase another in a small to compare shoulder straps !

I love, love, looove! My Hoplynn waist trimmer! This is actually my second one i purchased and let me tell you it works. I started my weightloss journey in oct23. An exceptional product which provides comfort and support. It could be used at all times without feeling too restrained in any sort of activity while still doing its job. I wear this as support when I workout, so I can't attest to it's waist training capabilities, but it is hands down the best one I've ever used to workout in. It doesn't ride up and the Velcro belt stays firmly in place. In fact I'm on here to purchase another one!

Love it but I ordered the size according to the chart and it was too big. However, because it was comfortable and was exactly what I wanted I ordered another one but a size smaller. Too bad I had to but it twice but I anticipate being totally satisfied when I get the right size.

It's exactly what I expected. I bought it to help with the back support and exercise. I bought size 3x and Is a little big. (I use 1x-2x shirts)if you want really make your waist and be super tight 1x but if you want it for support and work out 2x it would be perfect

I’m 5’3 and weight about 200 lbs and got a 2x just in case, it was a good call on my part pecause it was a perfect fit. this definitely has the support that I was looking for while on my journey for a healthier lifestyle. When hand washing, I recommend you do it gently, the quality is soft and so it might be easy to tear if your going ham on it. I’ve already lost a few inches and will be getting another one when this is too big for me

i recommend downsizing 1-2 sizes since an extender comes with it. i personally got an x-large and i’ve been able to close it all the way since i got it. im going to order again just one that’s 2 sizes smaller so a medium. it’s pretty bulky so if your wearing it to the gym i’d wear baggy clothes with it

Fabric is not really stretchy I brought 2 in 2 different sizes and neither had fit lol so buy like 3 sizes up Thanks for attention.

The sizing on this item seems to be off. I know the point of this is to have some compression but, I couldn’t get it on. I was way too small. I unfortunately had to return the item.

I use this for exercising. It not only make you sweat a lot but it also supports your back during sit ups and push ups. The product is sturdy and doesn’t shift during movements. It’s worth every penny!
