REVIEW UPDATE: We bought one of these in early 2015 and liked it so much we ordered a second one. The second had problems from the start (different smaller box, no instructions, wrong charger, scanner was covered with dust/dirt). We didn't think too much about it at the time. But after a few months of very light use (the second was for our other building that sees less traffic) the scanner stopped working (the trigger didn't "click" and hence the redline scanner didn't come out). So we realized that we must have received an old item or accidentally returned it. It just took an email to TEEMI support and we got a free replacement without having to send the old one back. It arrived quickly and was just like the first one (good packaging, with instructions, not dirty). Works right out of the box. Let's see if both continue to perform well in the long run but are really impressed with TEEMI's customer support. For reference, we'll use one of these with a desktop computer using the included Bluetooth adapter, and the other with an iPad. The only complaint is with the iPad, Bluetooth has to be manually reconnected every time the scanner is turned off, while the computer using the Bluetooth adapter reconnects automatically (this can be fixed by adjusting the settings, we have this one problem not yet investigated). . Otherwise I am very satisfied with both scanners. First Review: We haven't used it for a very long time but we ordered one and it worked really well, just what we needed for use with an iPad running Filemaker Pro 12. Since we liked it very much, we ordered a second one. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the second order didn't work out as well as the first. The second scanner was packaged in a smaller box despite being the same model from the same seller and was soiled with missing instructions and a wall adapter. However, Revain.com fixed the issue very quickly to our satisfaction. So the product itself has worked quite well so far. A little tricky to pair but once paired it's good to go. The packaging leaves a lot to be desired, but so far the product has worked well. Hopefully this works out in the long run as we'll likely get more of them as we expand as long as they keep going.
