So far, so good! I bought two of these Bluetooth models for our company's year-end inventory. It took me half a minute to figure out how to connect the scanner to the iPad Gen 4 and iPad Air. I've never had a bluetooth scanner, just wired, so didn't know what to expect. The second had problems from the start (different smaller box, no instructions, wrong charger, scanner was covered with dust/dirt). We didn't think too much about it at the time.
