So far, so good! I bought two of these Bluetooth models for our company's year-end inventory. It took me half a minute to figure out how to connect the scanner to the iPad Gen 4 and iPad Air. I've never had a bluetooth scanner, just wired, so didn't know what to expect. To set up, scan the barcodes in the setup guide for the type of device you want to pair, and then scan the barcodes for the # code that appears on your device's screen. I was expecting more headaches from this great deal, but so far these scanners are working well. The relay on the iPad is fast, so it's useful when we're trying to quickly scan the SKUS. It disables the on-screen keyboard (there may be a way to fix this - haven't checked) but I can use our external bluetooth keyboards to fix this. I wish there was a hole or something to add a bracelet. I haven't tested the USB transmitter for use on a regular computer yet, but I'll update my review if there's anything new to share. Good household item.
