I love that this software is so easy to use - all my contacts list already has usernames/passwords included in their contact information (if needed), as well as any notes we may want them to remember or set up with different filters etc. Sometimes it's slow, sometimes messages don't go through immediately but overall not much else to dislike about being able to communicate between myself, colleagues, clients via emails very easily! Emails are quick, clear and informative which gives me more freedom to multitask without interruption of a phone call. I like how easy it is to use, and all of my emails are automatically sorted by date in order from newest to oldest. It's not very customizable. Even though you can change your labels, it doesn't always work very well. I wish they had more customization options. I also wish there were better reminders about upcoming events or deadlines. The main feature that I like best is how easy it is to create an unlimited amount of folders. This is extremely helpful when dealing with large projects.
