I bought this sharpening stone set based on customer reviews and price. When it arrived the stones appeared to be well made and of good quality. Excitedly, I sharpened my knives and brought them to a pretty good state of sharpness. This was my first time sharpening anything on a whetstone and I watched dozens of tutorial videos before sharpening my knives. It's not easy to use and you need to take the time to really learn how to do it right. However, I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to learn how to use it better. The included leveling stone was not very flat. This bothered me so I contacted them about it. Lucy from customer service was very responsive and sent me a replacement straight away. She also included a leather strap that is not included in the scope of delivery. I would recommend buying from them depending on how they treat their customers.
