ATTENTION! After 4 days this collar seems to have started killing the ticks on my Bloodhound puppy. BUT this morning I had to take my cat to the vet for emergency care for collar poisoning. The cat didn't touch the collar, but yesterday she slept on the same couch with the puppy. This morning the cat was in pretty bad shape. He's still at the vet on IVs and meds to counteract the chemicals in that collar. Thank God I caught him in time for them to save him. The vet still has the box with the collar, but I don't recall seeing any warnings to use it in the same house the cats live (all mine are indoor cats only). My other 3 cats don't show affect, but they don't sleep like that with my dogs. After 4 days, an emergency vet visit for one of my cats, and a few hundred dollars in vet bills for the cat, this collar is going in the trash! I also need to wash all of the bedding/clothing that has come in contact with the puppy, bathe the puppy, mop all floors, throw away any dog toys she has been playing with while wearing this collar and hopefully my home safe for be my pet cats again.
