The system is very intuitive, easy to use, and it has all in one functionality which makes life easier for our customers who are managing their entire benefit scheme from one platform! I like best how easy this software makes administering my benefits plans. There isn't anything I dislike about this program at present time. We have been using this tool since we started offering group insurance products, not only does this make running payroll much simpler but also allows us to offer competitive pricing. It's easy for customers (members) who are not familiar with our benefits programs, or those new employees we haven't had time yet fully educate them about their plan options/benefits before they sign up! I hate having all my plans open at once - it would be nice if there was some sort of feature where you could "save" your current account settings so when someone logs in next week everything stays as-is until then? Otherwise this system works great!!
