Review on 💽 WD Black My Passport 1TB Portable External Hard Drive - USB 3.0 - WDBYNN0010BBK-WESN by Carol Merkley

In my last Canon printer review I mentioned how easy the installation was. I also mentioned the fact that helpful product support isn't always available. I mistakenly thought the Passport would be relatively easy to set up, but keep in mind I'm a senior with very limited technical knowledge. You may have guessed that I had to call support to get Passport to work properly. The person who helped me was fantastic. He took my computer and downloaded all the installation files needed for the device to work properly. He was very patient and helpful and everything was up and running in about 15 minutes. So in theory, Passport should have been easy to install and use properly. I can say with confidence that I would not have finished without Master's help. Thank you Western Digital for these helpful representatives.
