Overall it does the job and is a lot better than many other racks. It's durable and has rubber feet to keep it in place. I have pans and two baking sheets. The problem is that the metal break wires are shaped to fit the base slots, which works great on the thicker end of the holder. However, on the side you pull out to extend the shelf (which is less thick than the main piece), the ends of the wire dividers will stick out from the underside and scratch your shelf. I added two thin cork legs to the existing legs on the thinner end to raise them up a bit which solved the problem. You will need to trim the ends of the wires that are under the top of the base plate.
